HEND HELD METAL DETECTOR
 TO Operate the detector

 1)install the Batteries
  a. Use a 9Volt LKALINE or Ni-Cd battery
  b. Install battery with correct polarity
(align "+" on detector housing with "+" on battery)
  c. The battery cover opens and closes with a
   screwdriver
2)Set the Sound/Vibrate switch to "sound" and
   "Vibrate"
  a. Forward position (S) : Sound ON
  b. Center position (O) : Power OFF
  c. Back position (V) : Vibrate ON
3)Sweep the Detector over the target area. Detector must be IN MOTION to detect metal
4)Read this manual for proper training in the detection metal objects

 Batteries

-Use 9-Volt ALKAINE or Ni-Cd battery
 -Low Battery Alert
-The RED LED indicator ligh will illuminate and remain illuminated when the betteries are discharged
to the point at which the detector has lost 10% of its metal detecting range.
-The sound alert will also lengthen(the tone will sound for a longer period of time)upon detection
of metal objects, when the batteries become discharged to the point at which the detector has
lost 10% of its metal detecting range.
-The detector will continue to operate, at a lower sensitivity when the Low Battery Indicators are
activated. Replace batteries as soon as possible after these indicators activate.

 LED Indicators
-The RED light indicates LOW BETTERY    -The YELLOW light indicates the detection of a metal object
-The GREEN light indicates that the detector in ON
