• • The purpose of this detector is to remove metal pieces(needles,nails,metal scraps) present in toys.
  • -This machine is automatic, and does not need abjustment.(single fequency)
  • -Set sensitivity level for use in control box to 50% to 80%.
  • -Readjustment is not required after first abjustment is completed.
  • -Conveyor belt moves 20 to 40 meters per minute.
  • -High or Low motor speed can be selected by setting at high or low speed in control box.
  • -Conveyor belt and body of detector are com pletely separated,even if conveyor belt is shaken, detector will not move..
  • -Conveyor is divided into 3 parts, to facilitate disassembly and assembly
