USEING METHOD OF THE METAL DETECTOR |
The purpose of this detector is to remove metal
pieces (needles,nails,metal scraps) present in
toys.
-This machine is automatic, and does not need
abjustment.(single fequency)
-Set sensitivity level for use in control box to
50% to 80%.
-Readjustment is not required after first
abjustment is completed.
-Conveyor belt moves 20 to 40 meters per minute.
-High or Low motor speed can be selected by
setting at high or low speed in control box.

-Conveyor belt and body of detector are com pletely separated,even if conveyor belt
is shaken, detector will not move..
-Conveyor is divided into 3 parts, to facilitate disassembly and assembly
